What should I write under Previous experience?

When you register on Tekniksprånget's website, you fill in information about your previous experience and this field is also included in your applications. Here you describe whether you have previous work experience or experience from, for example, association involvement, sports movements and volunteer assignments. It should preferably be linked to knowledge/lessons you have gained that can be used during the internship. When you enter your work experience, write down your role, what organization it was with and when it was (year). A tip is to write down your qualifications in chronological order with the most recent assignment first.

What should I write about myself to the employer?

Once the portal opens, you can submit applications to specific internships and employers. You will then be asked to answer the following questions:

  1. Why do you want to do an internship with this particular employer?
  2. Describe why you would be a good fit for this internship?

The employer is curious about you and wants to know what you can do and what you are interested in. The answers should preferably be at least 3-5 sentences per question. Why you are suitable for the position can be personal qualities such as being a fast learner, structured or curious. But also what you are interested in, for example which school subjects engaged you the most in school, as well as the experience and knowledge you have accumulated from work, association involvement, sports movement, hobbies or the like.

How do I write a resume?

A CV is a comprehensive list of education, work experience and knowledge that is often needed when you want to apply for a job in working life. Keep in mind that you can also include voluntary volunteer assignments and involvement in associations or sports movements if you wish. You add your CV as an attachment to your applications, preferably in PDF format , so it is easiest for employers to manage.

Here is a template for your CV. Download it and fill in with your own details.
Psst! Remember to include your name in the file name and to re-save your CV in PDF format before uploading it to your account.

Good luck with your applications!
