The field in the application for "Candidate's motivation to apply"

For each application you make, you need to fill in a field where you answer why you are applying and why you would be a good fit for the position. It works a bit like a cover letter. If you haven't written a cover letter or listed previous experience before, there are helpful tips here: Cover letter and previous experience. Don't forget that you can change the text for motivation to apply for each employer and application, it is usually appreciated by the participating employers. The text for search motivation should preferably be at least 4-5 sentences. If you write too little, employers have a hard time getting anything out of it, but if you write too long, it can easily become content that is redundant or repetitive. The field fills a maximum of 2500 characters with spaces. For each application you create, you can also attach a CV. You can attach a CV either as a file (in PDF or Word format) or as a link (e.g. to an online document), but keep in mind that many employers primarily look at the information you have filled in the fields with each application.
